Over his career, Brad has followed his curiosity into other fields beyond his original passion for business strategy and marketing. His love and study of design, software, leadership, and human decision making led to a career change almost ten years ago into Product Management.
Currently, Brad is a Product Lead at Capital One making Eno, the Capital One intelligent assistant, more helpful with proactive insights and also builds platforms to deliver these insights within the mobile app. Brad began his career as an allocation and planning analyst at Abercrombie & Fitch, and then discovered product management and pivoted his career to combine all those passions in product management at Genworth Financial.
Brad embraces being a generalist and shares his cross-disciplinary learnings at Capital One to help others be more productive, build integrated product teams, and innovate within the customer experience.
